"I've Been Here Before" is from the musical "Starfish", written by Douglas M. Heflin and Errol Selsby. Lynn is now alone in the park, and comes to the realization that she recognizes some of the struggles she is having as feelings and experiences she has had before in her life. Life can be that one for all of us. This is when Lynn realizes this for herself.
