From the recording Beyond My World

"Hope is a Thing with Feathers" is a famous poem by Emily Dickinson. I wonder if hope always looks the same. It seems like sometimes, a person has to fight for Hope, which seems like a rather odd thing to say. I believe that the biggest difference between Heaven and Hell is the absence or presence of hope. This song has a chorale like feel to it. It allows the chords and melodies both to breathe, which a good phrase needs to have.
